Presentation is a property value issue

For strata schemes and commercial properties, the grounds are the first thing a buyer, tenant or customer sees. Consistent, well-documented grounds care is one of the cheapest levers a committee has for protecting the value and reputation of a scheme.

We build contract scopes around the parts of a site that matter most — entries, street frontages, common lawns, pool surrounds and pedestrian routes — then set frequencies that keep them presentable year round.

Reporting that answers questions before they're asked

Every visit is documented: date, crew, tasks completed, anything deferred and why, plus notes on emerging issues. Work outside the maintenance scope is flagged and quoted separately rather than silently invoiced.

Compliance, access and site behaviour

We work to agreed windows so equipment doesn't run during quiet hours, and we carry public liability insurance, complete site inductions, and supply SWMS and risk assessments where required.

Commercial & Strata Gardening FAQs

Do you work with strata managers and body corporates?+

Yes — a large share of our work is contract grounds maintenance for strata schemes, arranged either directly with the managing agent or with the committee. We can quote against an existing scope of works or prepare one from a site inspection.

Can you supply insurance certificates and SWMS?+

Yes. Certificates of currency, safe work method statements and site-specific risk assessments are provided before the first visit and updated on renewal.

How are additional works handled?+

Anything outside the agreed maintenance scope is quoted separately with a written recommendation — nothing extra gets invoiced without approval.

What size sites do you take on?+

From small townhouse schemes of six to eight units through to large residential complexes, commercial grounds, schools and multi-building sites needing ride-on mowing and multiple crews.
