Strata Grounds Maintenance in Sydney

Grounds that protect property value, with reporting that answers committee questions before they're asked.

Our services

Grounds are the first thing a buyer sees

For a strata scheme, presentation is a property value issue. Faded entry planting and uneven hedges quietly signal a building that isn't well managed. Consistent grounds care is one of the cheapest levers a committee has for protecting the value of every lot in the scheme.

We build contract scopes around entries, street frontages, common lawns, pool surrounds and pedestrian routes, with frequencies that keep them presentable year round rather than reactive to complaints.

Reporting that ends the email chain

Every visit is documented — date, crew, tasks completed, anything deferred and why — plus notes on emerging issues. Work outside the scope is flagged with a separate quote rather than silently invoiced.

Strata FAQs

Do you work directly with strata managers?+

Yes. Most of our strata work is contracted through strata managers, though we also work directly with self-managed schemes — either way you get one point of contact, a fixed scope and documented visits.

Can you provide insurance and SWMS documentation?+

Yes. Certificates of currency, SWMS and risk assessments are supplied before the first visit and kept current for the life of the contract.

How are after-hours issues like storm damage handled?+

Storm damage and safety hazards are treated as priority callouts for contract clients, separate from the scheduled program.
